  • How much does personal training with KH Fitness cost?
    We have different programs and price points avaliable, because of this KH Fitness needs to understand everything about your goals and current barriers to see which is best without under or overcharging you. So please book in for a consultation first and once we have gathered the information needed a price can be given.
  • Do you offer group personal training?
    Yes! Alongside 1-2-1 personal training, group personal training for small groups of two to five people is also available. If you and a friend want to train train together, book a consultation first— and if possible, attend together so that we can tailor the plan to both of you.
  • What times can I book a personal training session?
    Availability may vary, so check the booking app for the latest schedule and available times.
  • Do you have a minimum term for personal training?
    Yes, our personal training plans have a minimum term of three months.
  • How frequent are personal training sessions?
    Personal training session can be as frequent as you'd like. However, most of our clients sign up for monthly packages, with options for 4, 8, 12, or 16 sessions per month.
  • Do you provide home workouts?
    Yes, if you prefer not to train in a gym or don't have a gym membership, we also offer home workout plans for our clients, in addition to their personal training sessions.
  • Do you offer support outside of training sessions?
    Yes, all personal training clients are added to our online coaching system, where they can message at any time. You'll also receive daily support and weekly reviews on your progress to keep you on track and motivated.
  • Do you provide meal plans?
    We do not currently provide meal plans to our clients. While meal plans can be effective for advanced clients, we believe the cons often outweigh the pros. Some clients may follow a plan to literally, which can have an adverse effect due to underlying issues, others may struggle if certain foods they enjoy aren't included, leading to a lack of sustainability. Our clients often don't enjoy a strict plan as it can feel restrictive and limit food choices. With our coaching, you can still enjoy the foods you love while incorporating a good balance of healthy and nutritious options. We do, however, provide inspiration and food suggestions to help guide your nutrition plan.
  • Is there anyone else in the gym during my personal training session?
    No! All personal training sessions are completely private— giving you complete attention and focus, and no waiting for equipment to be free!
